Get to know your sewing machine, its parts, and tools
Learn how to properly thread your machine and wind your bobbin
Practice sewing rules and techniques
Sew your own simple tote bag
Have a sewing machine collecting dust at home? Bring it along! We'll help you learn how to use it. You can also learn on one of our domestic or industrial sewing machines.
Join our Open Studio for four 3-hour sessions where you can work on your own holiday gifts or other projects with guidance and support from experienced makers.

Embellishment and rhinestone designs
Crocheting and knitting projects
Custom jewelry and more!
We’ll provide a variety of post-consumer materials for your projects, including discarded vinyl and fabric banners, donated clothing, zippers, buttons, elastic, and thread.
You’re also welcome to bring your own materials to make your vision come to life!
