Partnerships & Workforce Development

We collaborate with local nonprofit organizations that serve individuals facing barriers to employment. Through these partnerships, we provide hands-on workforce training in industrial sewing, upcycling, and printing to their program participants.

By working alongside trusted community partners, we create an environment rooted in peer support while also connecting our employees to essential wraparound services such as case management, mentorship, and life resources.
